Family business - Commercial Supply & Installation

Kim’s wisdom and coaching has remained with us as a family business to create a long-term impact. 

Kim facilitated the creation of our family communication agreement which is now ingrained in how we speak to one another. I have found my own communication skills have improved and helped me more deeply understand my husband and son’s point of view.

I saw Kim create trust with my husband. She demonstrates that she really “gets him” and he respects her support. Kim has been a safe space as his sounding board to initially voice and process his concerns.

Through her coaching, I have seen my son build the strength and confidence to raise difficult discussions and work through the transition process.  Kim gave us the confidence to know we aren’t alone. Her process of building trust, understanding everyone’s point of view, and bringing us together to work through areas of misalignment has created deep impact felt by the entire family. 

Thank you for your guidance & knowledge which allowed us to work through a challenging time for our family & our farm.  You took the time to understand everyone's perspective to ensure we created a plan that served both farming and non farming children.

Where we ended up is not where we expected when we began, and we are all satisfied & content with the result.
